The concept of these videos is that, with their quality being lossless and at a 1:1 rendering size, they can be upscaled using ffmpeg for perfect quality videos at any resolution.
Videos are captured using OBS, with the Mednafen emulator. They are then converted from .AVI to .WEBM, reducing their file size dramatically without quality loss.
Generic batch files will be supplied on the site which can be used to create .mp4 videos using H264, so that it can be used in standard video editors.
Additional batch files for ffmpeg can be added to the site to give more results; corrected aspect ratios for specific consoles, CRT effects, etc.

File size - maximum limit? 250mb?
Max video length?
Limiting to specific consoles.
